mitahar meaning

Dear Ms. Rujata,

I am currently reading your book.  In the context of mitahar - you mentioned as Mitahar loosely translated means sweet food or diet.  Mita: Sweet and ahar : food.

With my limited knowledge, I wish to inform you that, as I understood, mitahar can be translated as minimal (just sufficient) food or diet.  Mita : refers to limited / minimal / just sufficient and not sweet.

I hope you will look up the exact meaning and its applicability.  I am not trying to point out the mistake but I feel, I should inform this to you,

With regards,

Khushal Gohil
